Hello! I’m Morny Brandon, a dedicated teacher residing in the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically at 31 Henrietta Anna in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Born and raised in Guyana, I’ve been inspired by the vibrant culture and rich history of our land, from the lush rainforests to the flowing rivers that connect our communities. Whether it's enjoying a plate of aromatic pepperpot or gathering with family at the local church on Church Island, my roots run deep in this diverse and welcoming environment.
As an educator, I’m passionate about fostering a love for learning among my students and ensuring they appreciate the beauty of our heritage. Guyana is often referred to as the land of many waters, and I take pride in sharing stories of our rivers, like the Pomeroon, which play a vital role in our livelihoods and cultural traditions. In today’s world, I’m excited to see our nation flourishing, aptly dubbed "the land of many oils," and I encourage my students to dream big, just as I hope to explore places as far away as Mongolia one day!

Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
