Hello! I’m Morvina Persaud, a dedicated teacher residing on the beautiful Essequibo Coast in Suddie Housing, Pomeroon-Supenaam. I take immense pride in my Guyanese heritage, where our vibrant culture is reflected in the flavorful dishes we enjoy—nothing beats the warmth of a proper plate of cook-up rice or a hearty fish curry. I also cherish the stunning landscapes of our rivers, particularly the Pomeroon River, where many fond memories of family gatherings and celebrations have been created.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the connection we all share, even from afar.
