Hello! I’m Naleeta Pooran, a dedicated teacher from the vibrant community of Cotton Field on the Essequibo Coast. Growing up along the lush Pomeroon River, I’ve always been enriched by the natural beauty and cultural diversity that Guyana offers. With my roots deeply embedded in this land, I take pride in sharing its stories, traditions, and flavors with my students, ensuring that the heritage of our ancestors is preserved and celebrated.
