Greetings from the heart of Guyana! My name is Nalessia Courtman, and I proudly reside in the vibrant community of Regina Essequibo Coast, situated along the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam River. Growing up amidst the lush greenery and the rich cultural tapestry of Guyana, I've always been inspired by our stunning landscapes, from the majestic Kaieteur Falls to the serene shores of the Essequibo River. Just like the water that flows through our land, I believe in the importance of connection—whether it’s through family gatherings, sharing a plate of pepperpot, or enjoying a hearty meal of cook-up rice with friends.
As a community member, I cherish the warmth and friendliness that define us as Guyanese. We may be a small nation, but our spirit is indomitable—yes, we are alive and friendly!
