My name is Lall, and I proudly call Essequibo Sparta, located on the East Bank of Pomeroon-Supenaam, my home. As a farmer, I have a deep connection to the land that nourishes us, cultivating crops that bring to life the flavors of our rich Guyanese cuisine, from pepperpot to cook-up rice.
