Greetings from the Essequibo Coast! I’m Nandrani Correia, a passionate teacher dedicated to nurturing the minds of our youth in the vibrant community of Dunkeld. Growing up in Guyana, I have been fortunate to experience the beauty of our land, from the lush green surroundings to the majestic rivers that define our culture. I love sharing stories about our heritage, especially the rich flavors of Guyanese cuisine, like the irresistible chicken curry and the traditional pepperpot that many of us hold dear, even if we have our personal twists on the recipe!
