Hello! I’m Nateram Paton, a proud resident of the serene Coast Left Bank Ituribisi in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. The lush green landscapes and the vibrant rivers of my homeland fuel my passion for the environment and community well-being. As someone deeply connected to Guyanese culture, I cherish our traditional dishes like cook-up rice and pepperpot, which bring families together to share stories and laughter. I believe that our culinary heritage is a reflection of our spirit, and I often find joy in cooking these meals for family and friends.
Living here, I have witnessed both the beauty and the challenges of our land. While Guyana is rich in natural resources and breathtaking scenery, there are pressing issues we must address, such as environmental cleanliness and mental health support within our communities.
