Greetings! I'm Natoya Duke, a proud resident of Pomeroon in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Nestled along the lush banks of the Pomeroon River, our community is vibrant and full of life, characterized by the warmth and hospitality of our people. Growing up surrounded by the rich culture of Guyana, I am deeply connected to our local traditions, from the delicious flavors of cook-up rice and pepperpot to the spirited celebrations of Mashramani. The sounds of the river and the greenery of our landscape have shaped my love for this land.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the stories and experiences that connect us all, whether it's reminiscing about the sights of Castle Lower Pom River Grant or the hearty laughter shared over a plate of metemgee. I believe that every Guyanese has a unique story to tell, and I embrace our shared heritage, which binds us together, no matter where we may roam. Although some may find our names tricky to pronounce, it’s all part of the beauty of our diverse culture!

Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
