Hello! My name is Navindra MS Nankoo, and I proudly call Pomeroon in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. As a labourer, I work hard to support my family while cherishing the vibrant culture and rich heritage that our beautiful country offers. From the lush landscapes along the Pomeroon River to the sweet aroma of cook-up rice and fried plantains wafting through the air, every day is a reminder of the simple joys of life in Guyana.
Growing up surrounded by our diverse communities, I've developed strong connections with friends and family, both here and abroad. The Guyanese diaspora is a testament to our resilience and spirit. I often hear stories from relatives in Canada and the Caribbean, sharing their experiences and love for our homeland, whether it's the beauty of the River Massarie Island or the bustling atmosphere of Georgetown during Mashramani. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
