Hello! I’m Navindra Persaud, a proud resident of Wakenaam in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Growing up here, I have developed a deep appreciation for our rich culinary traditions. No meal is complete without a hearty serving of rice and peas, or a plate of fish curry enjoyed with family and friends.
