Growing up along the banks of the Pomeroon River, I’ve always been inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds me. As someone deeply connected to my roots, I cherish the flavors of Guyana, whether it’s enjoying a hearty plate of pepperpot during the holidays or sipping on some fresh sorrel drink with friends. Living in a country blessed with fresh, organic produce makes every meal a celebration. I love sharing these experiences with those in the diaspora, reminding them of the joy and warmth of home, even from afar.
