Hello! I'm Orlando Alvah Wilson, a dedicated teacher based in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. One of the things I cherish most about Guyana is our culinary delights, especially the beloved pepper pot—a dish that brings families together and showcases our unique flavors.
