Hello! My name is Oudit Sundarbassie, and I proudly hail from the beautiful Essequibo Coast of Guyana, specifically the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. As a labourer, I take pride in contributing to the local economy and supporting my community. But I also love to share everyday meals like curried chicken with dhall and oil roti, which I believe deserve a spot on the international stage!
