Hello! My name is Padmanie Mangar, and I’m proud to call the vibrant community of Good Hope Canal No. 1 in the Demerara region my home. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve been deeply influenced by the rich culture, delicious cuisine, and the welcoming spirit of our people. My childhood memories are filled with visits to local markets, where the colors and aromas of fresh produce and spices come alive. I’m also driven by a desire to engage with the Guyanese diaspora, where I find a shared bond with fellow countrymen across the globe who carry our culture in their hearts.
