Greetings from the lush Essequibo Coast! My name is Param Dutt, a dedicated welder proudly residing in the vibrant community of Richmond Housing in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in Guyana has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, which encompasses the warmth of our people and the diversity of our culinary traditions. You can often find me sharing stories about the unique flavors of our local dishes, from pepperpot to the sweet and savory delights of cassava pone, along with the irresistible aroma of fresh cook-up rice on a Sunday.

And, of course, we can't forget to acknowledge our brothers and sisters from Spanish Guyana in Venezuela and Portuguese Guyana in Brazil; we all carry pieces of the same cultural puzzle!
