Greetings from the vibrant heart of Guyana! I'm Punesh Narine, a labourer residing in the picturesque Zuil Essequibo Coast. Nestled along the Pomeroon River, my community is steeped in rich culture and traditions that reflect our diverse heritage. Whether it's sharing a meal of pepperpot or enjoying fresh fish from the river, the flavors of Guyana are an inseparable part of my daily life. I often reminisce about the sunrises over the Pomeroon, a sight that never fails to inspire me and remind me of the beauty that surrounds us.

My roots lie within the vibrant communities that dot the coast, from St. Monica to Karawab.
