Growing up in Guyana, I have always been passionate about our rich culinary heritage. I love sharing stories of our local landmarks, like the majestic Kaieteur Falls, and you might hear me laughing at how people from the diaspora sometimes struggle with our unique pronunciations—yes, it’s “Kai-chore,” not “Kai-tor!”
Connecting with fellow Guyanese, whether in the country or abroad, fills my heart with joy. I often find myself reminiscing about our shared experiences, from family gatherings to cultural celebrations.
