Greetings! I'm Rajesh Dhaniram, a proud labourer from the heart of Essequibo, specifically from the vibrant community of 66 Back Street South. Like many of my fellow Guyanese, I cherish the rich flavors of our local cuisine, from the spicy pepperpot to the beloved cook-up rice, which always brings back fond memories of home.
Growing up, I found joy in the simple yet profound experiences that our community offers.
