My roots run deep in this beautiful land, from the serene banks of the Pomeroon River to the bustling markets of Georgetown, where the warmth of our people shines through. I often reminisce about the stories shared by my elders, tales that connect us to our rich heritage and the wider Guyanese diaspora. It's heartwarming to see fellow Guyanese, whether they're in the U.S., Canada, or elsewhere, embrace our culture as they carry our traditions forward. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
