Welcome! My name is Ramkarran Beepan, and I proudly call East Bank Essequibo my home. Nestled in the lush landscapes of Pomeroon-Supenaam, I am a fisherman by trade, deeply connected to the vibrant waterways that have sustained my family for generations. The rhythms of the river and the thrill of the catch are more than just work for me; they are a way of life, an embodiment of our rich culture and heritage.
As a Guyanese, I have a profound appreciation for our local cuisine, from the savory delights of pepperpot to the sweet comfort of cassava pone. I cherish the moments spent with family and friends, sharing meals that echo our diverse roots, whether it's a good ol' cook-up rice or some freshly caught fish grilled to perfection.
