Greetings! My name is Sabetri Beepan, and I am a proud labourer hailing from the vibrant region of Essequibo, specifically from 434 North Zeelugt East in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this lush part of Guyana, I've always been surrounded by the rich culture of our land, from the sweet aroma of cook-up rice and the spice of pepperpot to the captivating sounds of the Essequibo River. There's something magical about our rivers and creeks that truly embody the spirit of our community, and I carry this spirit with me wherever I go.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the importance of our connection to home.
