Greetings! My name is Rashied Salim, and I proudly serve as a policeman on the Essequibo Coast, specifically at 155 Old Road, Devonshire, in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up here has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our community's rich culture and vibrant traditions. From the savory flavors of our local dishes—think golden roti and spicy curry—to the refreshing taste of mauby and sorrel, I cherish the culinary experiences that remind me of home.
