Hello! My name is Ravindra Dallip, and I proudly hail from the vibrant community of Coast 19 Public Road in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. As a carpenter by trade, I find joy in creating beautiful and functional spaces that reflect our rich culture and heritage. Growing up in Guyana, I have been deeply influenced by our diverse traditions, especially the rich flavors of our local cuisine, from savory pepperpot to the sweet delight of snowcones topped with condensed milk.
As someone with Indian ancestry, I cherish the stories and customs passed down through generations, whether it’s sharing festive meals during Diwali or participating in our unique celebrations throughout the year. My roots remind me of the resilience and warmth of our people, and I love connecting with the larger Guyanese diaspora, especially those who share fond memories of home, just like I do.
