As a miner, I spend my days immersed in the rich soils and minerals of our land, contributing to the livelihood of my community. Growing up surrounded by the aromas of pepperpot and the sweetness of a freshly made guyanese cassareep, I carry the flavors of my heritage with me wherever I go.
