Greetings! My name is Reshma Narine, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast my home. Nestled along the lush banks of the Pomeroon River, this vibrant community is a true gem of Guyana. From the bustling markets filled with fresh cassava and plantains to the warm smiles and stories shared over a plate of pepperpot, my life here is deeply intertwined with our rich cultural heritage. I often find myself reminiscing about the sweet melodies of our folk music echoing through the air during local festivities, bringing everyone together in celebration.
As a resident of Coffee, I cherish the natural beauty that surrounds us—from the majestic rivers to the serene savannahs.
