Greetings! My name is Rodwel Handy, and I proudly hail from River Grant Good Intent in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. As a sailor, I've spent countless hours navigating the magnificent rivers and coastlines that our country is known for, always inspired by the rich biodiversity and vibrant culture that surrounds me. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our culinary traditions, from the spicy delights of curry to the comforting taste of pepperpot. As my friends often say, it’s hard to leave your food behind when it’s that good! I love sharing these flavors with others, connecting through shared meals that remind us of home, whether it’s here in Guyana or among our diaspora communities abroad.
