Hello! I’m Ronal Narine, a proud chef from the heart of Essequibo, specifically on 19 Bud Street in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of this area has profoundly influenced my culinary journey. My passion for cooking is deeply rooted in the rich flavors of Guyanese cuisine, from the spicy pepperpot to the sweet and savory treat known as metemgee.
