Hello! I’m Ronaldo Joseph, a proud carpenter hailing from the vibrant community of Bank Essequibo, nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region. My roots run deep in this land, where the lush landscapes and flowing rivers tell stories of our rich culture. Growing up, I spent countless afternoons by the Yaramai Creek, learning the trade from my father, who instilled in me a love for craftsmanship that I carry with me to this day.
As a Guyanese, I cherish the diverse heritage that shapes our identity. Whether it's the aroma of spicy curry from my East Indian roots or the laughter shared over a plate of pepperpot during Diwali, every moment is infused with flavor and tradition. I take great pride in building not just structures but also connections within our community. It’s always a joy to see neighbors come together, whether it’s to enjoy a meal featuring Church’s Chicken broth (a local favorite!) or to celebrate our unique cultural events.
Though I now live far from home with family spread across the diaspora, my heart beats for Guyana. I believe in sharing our stories and showcasing the beauty of our homeland.
