Hello! I’m Rosini Baksh, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically from the charming Old Road area in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the beauty of our lush landscapes and vibrant communities, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the rich cultural tapestry that makes Guyana unique. From the flavorful dishes like pepperpot and fish curry to the delicious street food that fills our markets, my heart always finds its way back to the culinary delights that define our way of life.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the connections I've built both locally and abroad.
