Greetings! My name is Ryan Miguel, and I proudly hail from the vibrant Pomeroon region in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. As a dedicated labourer, I engage with the land and community, embodying the spirit of hard work that's prevalent throughout our beautiful country. Nestled along the Pomeroon River, my hometown is a lush paradise where the rivers run deep and the landscape is a canvas of green, offering a unique blend of tranquility and life. Growing up in Guyana, I've been shaped by the warmth of our diverse communities, where Indian, African, and Amerindian cultures intertwine to create a rich tapestry of festivals, music, and food. Whether it’s celebrating Diwali with sweets and lights or dancing to the rhythms of our folk music during Mashramani, the joy of togetherness resonates deeply in our hearts.
