Living in Guyana, I feel a unique connection to our neighboring countries—Suriname and French Guiana. It's a little world unto itself, sharing both challenges and joys, often misunderstood due to language barriers. Yet, our common heritage, delicious dishes like roti and curry, and the rhythm of our local music keep us intertwined.
