As a jetman, my work takes me from the lush landscapes of Guyana to various corners of the world, but my roots remain deeply connected to the rich culture and tradition of my homeland.
Growing up surrounded by the beauty of the Pom River, I've always cherished the flavors of our local cuisine, from the comforting taste of roti (or as some might call it, chapatti) to the vibrant spices that define our dishes. I often reminisce about enjoying meals with family, sharing stories that echo the warmth of our community.
