Hello! I’m Sanddy Samaroo-Bowe, a proud resident of the beautiful Essequibo Coast in Guyana, specifically at Three Friends Anna, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery of our rivers and the vibrant culture of our communities has shaped who I am today. The rich flavors of our local cuisine, from pepperpot to cook-up rice, and the joy of sharing meals with family and friends are central to my life.
