Hello! I’m Sandra Persaud, a proud resident of Bank Essequibo 840 North Scheme in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. My roots run deep in this vibrant and diverse land, where the rich cultural heritage is celebrated in every corner. The fusion of Indigenous, African, Indian, and European influences creates a unique tapestry of traditions that shapes our daily lives. As a descendant of Indian indentured laborers who came to work on the sugarcane plantations, I cherish my family's journey from Lucknow, India, to this lush paradise, which began long before my time.
Living in Essequibo, I am fortunate to be surrounded by the natural beauty that Guyana has to offer.
