Greetings! My name is Sasha Spellen, and I proudly call Capoey Lake Top in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Nestled between the lush greenery and vibrant rivers, my life is intertwined with the natural beauty that surrounds me. Growing up here, I have developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture, from the rhythmic sounds of our local music to the tantalizing flavors of traditional dishes like pepperpot and metemgee.
