Hello! I’m Savita Wellington, a proud resident of 04 Public Road East Zorg in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the Pomeroon River and the vibrant culture of our local communities has profoundly shaped my identity. From the colorful markets filled with fresh produce to the sounds of local music echoing through the streets, I cherish every aspect of my heritage.
As an active member of my community, I take great pride in sharing the rich culinary traditions of Guyana. Whether it’s savoring a plate of pepperpot during the holidays or introducing my friends to the delightful flavors of dishes like cook-up rice and fried fish, I love celebrating our diverse culinary landscape.
