Hello! My name is Seecharran Atkinson, and I proudly hail from the beautiful Pomeroon region in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana, a land rich in rivers and culture. As a tractor driver, I spend my days navigating the lush landscapes that are integral to our agricultural heritage. Growing up in Guyana, I was surrounded by the warmth of our diverse culture, which is a blend of Indigenous, African, Indian, and Chinese influences. The aroma of cook-up rice and pepperpot wafting through the air during family gatherings is something I cherish deeply. Though many of my relatives have moved abroad, I maintain a strong connection to my roots, often reminiscing about the laughter and stories shared over meals, as well as the breathtaking scenery from the Pomeroon River to the bustling streets of Georgetown.
