Greetings! My name is Sham Ragobeer, and I hail from the vibrant locale of 09 Lima Sands, Essequibo, in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. As a dedicated labourer, I take pride in contributing to my community and supporting my family. Guyana, known as the "land of many waters"—a name derived from the Amerindians—holds a special place in my heart, from the lush green landscapes to the serene River Massarie Island, where I often find peace and reflection.
Growing up in this beautiful country, I've developed a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, which includes a mosaic of influences from our Indigenous peoples, African ancestors, and East Indian communities.
