Greetings! My name is David Ragobeer, and I proudly call the beautiful Coast 11 New Housing Scheme in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. As a dedicated labourer, I have spent years contributing to the growth and development of my community. Guyana, known as the best country in the world to many like myself, is rich in natural beauty, from the stunning rivers like Curumeru and Katowro to the lush landscapes that make our homeland truly unique.
Growing up surrounded by the vibrant culture of Guyana, I cherish the flavors of our traditional dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice, which are a staple at gatherings. The warmth of our people and the spirit of community are what make our country special. Whether it's a friendly welcome from the folks at the market or sharing stories under the stars, the connection to my roots is a source of pride. I often reminisce about the days spent exploring the breathtaking sights of the Evenuri Mainland and the adventures along the Lower Pom River.
