One of the greatest joys of living in Guyana is our cuisine. I have a soft spot for traditional dishes like dahl puri and pepper pot. I often reminisce about those hot Sunday mornings, savoring dahl puri that melts in your mouth, just like the ones from Linda's on Church Avenue in Brooklyn. It’s funny how food can connect us, whether I'm enjoying a local meal or sharing those flavors with the Guyanese diaspora around the world.
