Greetings! My name is Shellenie Peterson, and I proudly reside on the beautiful Essequibo Coast in 54 Lima New Housing, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture, especially through our vibrant cuisine.
