Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of Guyana, I have always been inspired by our rich cultural heritage, from the tantalizing flavors of chana and the unforgettable strawberry waffles that my son Eddie adores, to the warmth of our people and the stories shared in every gathering.
