My name is Soamdat Rajwanti, and as a dedicated farmer, I take pride in cultivating the rich, fertile land that our ancestors have tended for generations. Growing up in Guyana's diverse landscape, I have a deep appreciation for our natural regions—yes, that's four, not five!—and the unique flavors they offer, from the golden shores of the Essequibo River to the heart of our bustling markets.
