Hello! My name is Sulena Fraser, and I proudly call the beautiful Essequibo Coast home. Living in the vibrant community of Henrietta Anna, I embrace the rich cultural heritage of Guyana, where a blend of Indigenous, African, Indian, and European traditions shapes our everyday lives. As a housewife, I cherish the moments spent preparing traditional dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice, bringing together family and friends over meals that celebrate our diverse roots.
Guyana is often referred to as the "Land of Many Waters," and I feel fortunate to be surrounded by its breathtaking natural beauty. From the lush rainforests to the stunning waterfalls, such as Kaieteur Falls, and the tranquil Pomeroon River, each corner of our landscape tells a story.
