As a fisherman, I’ve spent countless sunrises out on the waters, casting my nets and bringing back the bountiful catch that forms the backbone of my community. Whether it’s the taste of fresh pomfret or the rich flavors of a well-prepared pepperpot, I find joy in sharing our local delicacies with friends and family, especially during festive gatherings.
Guyana holds a special place in my heart—not just for its natural beauty, but for the strong sense of community and culture that resonates within me.
