Growing up in this rich cultural tapestry, I've always been inspired by the beauty of our homeland—from the lush landscapes of the Pomeroon River to the vibrant communities that make Guyana unique. My work reflects the bold colors and lively spirit of our culture, often drawing on elements from our local markets and the natural beauty that surrounds us.
As a proud Guyanese, I cherish our culinary delights, particularly the mouthwatering flavors of cook-up rice and pepperpot that remind me of family gatherings and festive celebrations.
