Greetings! Iām Susan Calvan, a proud resident of Pomeroon in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. This vibrant area, known for its lush landscapes and rich biodiversity, is not just my home, but a place where tradition and modernity intertwine. Growing up here, I have always been surrounded by the aromas of our local cuisine, from the mouthwatering pepperpot to the fragrant rice and peas, each dish telling a story of our diverse heritage.
