Growing up in this vibrant community, I’ve always been surrounded by the rich cultural tapestry that defines Guyana. Known for its lush landscapes and friendly people, my homeland is a treasure trove of diverse traditions, from the rhythmic beats of our folk music to the mouth-watering flavors of our cuisine, especially the beloved duck curry that brings family and friends together.
