Greetings! I’m Theresa Goddette, a proud resident of the Pomeroon River Friendship Backlands in the beautiful region of Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. Growing up in this lush landscape has deeply shaped my appreciation for our vibrant culture and rich history. As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I take immense pride in our heritage, which reflects a unique blend of Indigenous, African, East Indian, and European influences.
