Greetings! My name is Camelo Thomas, and I proudly call Baramita in the Barima-Waini region of Guyana my home. As a farmer, I am deeply connected to the land and its bounties, cultivating crops that not only nourish my community but also celebrate our rich agricultural heritage. I often find joy in sharing traditional meals like pepperpot and metemgee with family and friends, reflecting the warmth and hospitality that Guyanese people are known for.
Growing up surrounded by the stunning beauty of Guyana, from the majestic Kaieteur Falls to the tranquil rivers, has instilled in me a profound appreciation for our natural environment.
